The Martin B-26 Marauder was a World War II twin-engine medium bomber built by the Glenn L. Martin Company. The aircraft was first used in the Pacific Theater in early 1942 and also used in the Mediterranean Theater and in Western Europe. The primary users of this aircraft are United States Army Air Forces, United States Army Air Corps, Royal Air Force and South African Air Force. It made its first flight on November 25, 1940 and introduced in public in 1941.
